Next, use Spellbinder's A2 Curved Matting Basics to cut the base piece for the potted sunflower card.
The yellow cardstock is Royal Fiber Sunflower. Dry emboss the piece with the My Favorite Things Brick Stencil for texture. Use Vintage photo distress ink to enhance the edges and lightly on the top of the piece.
Stamp the flowers using Altenew's Sunflower Daisy stamp set onto Cougar 80 lb paper. The Harvest Ink Collection is perfect for this set. Use additional warm colors to stamp the flowers. Frayed Leave is great for the leaves.
Cut the images out and arrange beginning with the Kraft base, the Sunflower Fiber base, and then the images. A piece of twine adds interest to the pot! The sentiment strip is popped up with foam tape.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEifaZ2SNL4QozaQTLerR0fEXnDSzLrc-MkM85K5dxZx2SAHSXsMtL7TFQoeOEbS6nQpeIQH1cCW_aNuWJVk3Q-ZCGawrEGtaKDQM8n6ZN7uCLpB8M_dDFoVS7I5VQeMag4ncDWHeXYzzE0/s640/sunflower1200.675card.jpg)
Assemble the card. Add the sentiment.
