Creating Layers of Texture

 Do you use your embossing folders to add texture? I am a big fan of the folders and am always looking for new ways to use them!

Today I am presenting a card I made for @altenew March Inspiration Challenge plus Celebrating Parents Card Drive.

I really need to pull out my order sets more often! This card started with blooms from Crown Bloom set that I had store in my extras box. Once I am stamping and die cutting, I often make extra images and save them.

After selecting the Blooms, I embossed Cougar Cardstock with the Moroccan Tile Embossing Folder. I love the texture this folder creates.

I selected a n appropriate stencil from the One Go Loving Sentiments set. Check this one out friends - you can create multiple sentiments with one pass of the stamp and die cut!

Finally, I arranged the blooms and leaves, popping one up with Altenew's Foam Tape.
