Change a Daisy to a Gerbera Daisy

Hello friends. Here are the deets from the A Blog Named Hero Anniversary Hop on Instagram.

The theme for April is Anniversary so I focused on springy flowers and the die Love. I started with an A2 cardbase.  The Graphic Deco Stencil was perfect to add as a background! I simply blended pink ink with the stencil to create this great graphic background.

Directions to finish the card

Die cut three frames with the Wood Frame Infinity Die set. The top layer is cut from Curious Metallic Pink Quartz Cardstock. Sandwich a piece of tulle between the Curious metallic frame and a second frame. Use foam tape on the third frame to form the base of the shaker section. Attach this section to the card base.

Next step is to add some sparkly fun things in the center of the frame. Attach the tulle fram to the top and you are ready to decorate!

The Gerbera Daisy was created using the Daisy and Bugs Stamp and Cut Set. You can easily change it from a Daisy to a Gerbera Daisy by using pink or orange Copic markers!

Last step is to die cut the word Love and stamp the sentiment. The Stamp and Cut Set Love was used to finish the card. Love was cut with a silver colored Curious Metallic Cardstock.

I love the way this all came together!

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I'd love to have you follow/subscribe on my social media sites Instagram, Facebook, Blogger and You Tube.  Be well. Be creative!

ABNH intro

Hello Crafty Friends! I am so excited to share that I have joined the A Blog Named Hero Challenge Design Team. I keep pinching myself to be sure I am awake! I created to cards to share today both using the Leaves and Vine Fancy Die.  Funny, I started working on these prior to the February kit release and amazingly, these cards fit right in with the kit.  The challenge for February was Anything Goes. March's Chellange is Floral. Enter your creations here: A Blog Named Hero – The official Hero Arts challenge blog!
