Vellum Window Fall Card

Happy Fall! Today I am posting this fun vellum window fall card for CutCardStock. I enjoy Fall weather and love creating cards with leaves and fall colors!

I love how the inside leaves shine through the vellum adding additional layers.

Create the Base Pieces

Use an A2 size piece of Royal Sundance Kraft Cardstock. I make my own card bases with 8.5 x 11 inch cardstock cut in half and scored. You will need an addition A4 panel to create the window.

Line the panel up with the base and die cut a rectangle with the die of your choice creating a landscape card.

Cut an A2 panel using Curious Translucent Cardstock.

Add the Stamped Images

Use Stampers Anonymous Natures Wonder #343. Select a few different Leaf stamps. Ink with Archival Inks in Fall colors using two colors per leaf. I love using Olive and Purple colors on my fall cards. Stamp randomly on the inside card base coving to the edges. Choose a sentiment from the same stamp and add to the inside. I use recommend using a stamp platform as you will need to stamp the sentiment again on the Vellum front.

select three leaves, ink and stamp on the Vellum making sure they are within the card frame.

Assemble the Fall Card

Attach the Stamped Vellum piece to the front window on the Kraft Base. Glue the A2 window over the Vellum.

Place the card back into the stamping platform and stamp the same sentiment over the sentiment on the inside.

Be sure to check out all the great cardstock at CutCardStock. They have a great selection of envelopes as well!
