Lotus Frame Stamp and Die Set from Altenew

I created three unique cards using the Lotus Frame set. The frame reminds me of the Art Deco style!

I used the stamp and die frame to create this classic card. After stamping with Obsidian Ink, I used the new Beach Garden Alcohol Marker Set to color the image. This set has my favorite Teal tones!

After coloring, I matched the die up and cut out three times to layer the frame. I mounted it on an A2 card base and added a variety of Enamel Dots from the Altenew Collection. Love the sleek look.

Now, Let's add the Lotus Flower!

Lately, I've been using dark backgrounds so the floral blooms really pop! This one started with gold heat embossing the lotus flower and lily pads. After embossing, I stenciled using the stencils and Tea Party Ink and Green Meadows Ink sets.

The black base is embossed with the Embossing Folder. After embossing, I splattered with Gold paint and embossed the sentiments. 

The blooms and lily pads were die cut using the matching dies. I then used a black alcohol ink marker to fill in the white borders before adding to the top of the A2 card. I used Altenew's Instant Dimensional Tape to pop up the larger flower.

The blooms were gold embossed and stenciled just like the card above. This time I gold heat embossed the frame twice and die cut it so it would overlap. After attaching to the card base, I popped up the larger bloom and added the stencil sentiment.
