CutCardStock Kraft Sunflowers

Greetings Krafty Friends! I am posting today for CutCardStock.com. I created these 2 Sunflower cards using the Sunflower Daisy set from Altenew.  I hope you enjoy this post.

I would love to have you follow/subscribe on my channels: Instagram, Facebook, Blogger and YouTube.

I am loving sunflowers!  Start with CutCardStock's Royal Sundance Kraft for the bases on these cards.
Next, use Spellbinder's A2 Curved Matting Basics to cut the base piece for the potted sunflower card.
The yellow cardstock is Royal Fiber Sunflower. Dry emboss the piece with the My Favorite Things Brick Stencil for texture.  Use Vintage photo distress ink to enhance the edges and lightly on the top of the piece.
Cut the pot from White Limba Woodgrain and smoosh with Vintage Photo Distress inks for depth.
Stamp the flowers using Altenew's Sunflower Daisy stamp set onto Cougar 80 lb paper. The Harvest Ink Collection is perfect for this set. Use additional warm colors to stamp the flowers. Frayed Leave is great for the leaves.
Cut the images out and arrange beginning with the Kraft base, the Sunflower Fiber base, and then the images.  A piece of twine adds interest to the pot! The sentiment strip is popped up with foam tape.
Check out this video to see how I created this card. I had a few pieces including flowers left over, so here is a second card.
Start with the Kraft base. Cut the Royal Fiber Sunflower piece to 4.0 x 5.25. Emboss with the WeRMemory Keepers Basketweave folder. Cut a second piece of Kraft using the My Favorite Things Rounded Stitched die.
Assemble the card. Add the sentiment.
