Greetings Crafty Friends. I am excited to be part of the Altenew February 2020 release. This one includes amazing florals and yummy watercolors! The party starts here. You should have arrived from the very talented Nicole Watt's blog.
I had so much fun using the diamonds background as both the background as well as gold embossed texture on the flowers. Check out this great release here.

You can see I gold embossed both the background and textured the flowers with gold embossing. For details on how I created this card check out the video below.
My second card falls in the Rainbow Theme I have been posting lately.
I used the brand new Artist's Watercolor set from this month's release. The colors are so creamy and amazing!
Here is a close up of the card. I white heat embossed the card base with the Dotted Diamonds background stamp and watercolored the rainbow colors on it. I used Altenew's Thinking of You die and some bling to complete the card.

Another version using the Dotted Blooms and Watercolor Rose. For the background, stamp once in Purple Wine ink, cleaned it off, and shifted to the right and stamped with Orange Cream ink. Repeat one more time with Sunray ink. Stamp the leaves in Parrot ink.
Another fun card using the Exotic Blooms stamp set. Can you tell I am loving playing with the new watercolors?
Final card using the Artist Watercolors. I love this color combination! I used a wash on watercolor paper. The floral image is stamped on Vellum.
I also used the Warm Hugs set to create these cards.
The striped background is the Ombre stencil dry embossed on the base.
