Simple stamped background

Greetings Crafty Friends! I am presenting my final card created for the Altenew October Inspiration Challenge.

I started by swiping the three colors Buttercream, Rubellite and Sapphire on a large acrylic block.  I placed it on top of a watercolor panel and allowed time for the color to soak in.  After the panel was dry, I stamped the large flower from Wonderland in black ink along with the sentiment.  I added splatters with black gesso.  I added two black cardstock strips to both sides to make the image pop!
