Let's Celebrate Simon Says Stamp!

Eeeeek! It's Stamptember and I am so excited to help Simon Says Stamp celebrate! This party lasts all month and has plenty of coupons and giveaways. Check back Here for new fun things each day!

They sent me this darling Happy Days stamp set and I couldn't help myself so I created three cards!

I started by stamping the images using Simon Says Stamp Intense Black Ink. This is a perfect ink for Copic Markers.

Two of the stamps looked like they belonged together so I created a scene using a masking technique.  After stamping the image on the left, I restamped on a sticky note and trimmed the right side of the image. I placed the sticky note over the stamped image and lined up the second stamp so the mouse appeared to be smelling the flower!

The background is blended with Twisted Citron and Squeezed Lemonde.

Card number two has a cat with a rainbow umbrella. The background only uses three Distress Inks - Squeezed Lemonade, Kitch Flamingo and Salvaged Patina. You can get more colors by blending colors together!

The last card has a happy frog! This background was created by turning the stencil 1/4 turn masking the edges and inking with Mowed Lawn Distress Ink.

All images were colored with Copic Markers.

The backgrounds were created using the Bold Geometric Stencil for all three backgrounds! Change the ink color, change the background!

I am so glad you stopped by to start this celebration. Stay tuned all month for the fun!

To start this party, here is a fun code for Holographic Rainbow A2 CardStock!
