Another Two-fer

Greetings Crafty Friends. Don’t you just love getting Two cards from one stamped image? I am playing with Altenew’s Watercolor Doodles designing cards for a local class in August.  I used products from CutCardStock. I love the depth of color from the Textured Indigo Blue cardstock!

I began by stamping the images from Altenew's Watercolor Doodles in white pigment ink on the Indigo Blue cardstock.  Be sure to start in the center and work outwards.  This enables you to fill in small gaps at the edge of the card.

I die cut the heart using a Kat Scrappiness heart die. I trimmed the sides of the blue piece to 3.75 x 5.5 inches and mounted on a white card base.  I stamped the sentiment in a matching blue and added some bling!  But wait! We are not done yet!

We have a Two-fer!  I used a score board to add vertical line to the front card base.  I then mounted the heart cut out. The hello is from Altenew, cut 3 times, glued together and covered with Nuvo glaze I love how this simple technique adds so much dimension and shine.

Be well! Be creative.
