Greeting Crafty Friends. I have another entry for the Altenew Inspiration Challenge. I am taking the newest Layering class on Altenew Academy and having a great time stretching my creativity. Lydia used the Spring Rose Bouquet for one of the segments and I decided to try the orange/teal color combination.
I stamped the floral image using the Sunkissed set on the top and bottom of the card. The leaf layers were stamped using the Dew Drops Set. I stamped the sentiment from Altenew’s More Than Words Set in the center and used an alcohol marker to outline the sentiment. I trimmed the Cougar cardstock base to 3.75 x 5.5 and mounted on a 4.25 x 5.5 teal base that was then attached to an A2 cardbase.
Nuvo drops added interest and this simple yet elegant card is done!
